Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Sandhya Abichandani

I'm an Executive Energy, Stress & Recovery Coach and the founder of SANNYOG. A certified Yoga Coach with a Black Belt in Judo, my journey from martial arts to yoga has shaped a unique approach to fitness, recovery, and holistic well-being. Fitness for me is not just a profession — it is a passion, a discipline, and a way of transforming lives.

I created the MIB Method — Movement Initiated Through Breath — a powerful system that integrates breathwork, body alignment, mobility, flexibility, strength training, and mental conditioning. Rooted in yogic wisdom and inspired by the precision and resilience of martial arts, this method trains the body and mind to move with greater awareness, control, and energy.

Unlike conventional fitness programs, the MIB Method uses breath as the foundation of every movement, creating deeper physical strength, improved posture, enhanced flexibility, mental clarity, emotional balance, and stress resilience.

Through SANNYOG, my mission is to help individuals — especially entrepreneurs, professionals, and highly stressed individuals — build a stronger body, calmer mind, renewed energy, and a balanced lifestyle.
